1. Check & inspect fir extinguishers and safety requirements  in hall   [ completed MICHEAL FREE 30/03/2026 ]

2. Fix garden bead retaining wall in car park. redo the pegs so that they are on the inside of the wall. Straiten this wall , reinforce with new pegs and backfill garden bed with tan bark.

3. Obtain quotes for new automatic front gates.

4. mow yard ( completed 24/03/2026 KARL Theunissin ]

5. Weed garden bed behind and around pizza oven

6. Finish brick path from out size Venturer room window up to the driveway.

7. Purchase outdoor sink & bench and install / plumb on outside wall. 

8. Restore the Blue wagon near the front door. Strip of paint, repair woodwork and stain

9. Do GST claim back for past year. Go through our receipts and tabulate the GST value to claim back
