HOW CAN I HELP

1. Check & inspect fire extinguishers and safety requirements  in hall   [ completed MICHEAL FREE 30/03/2026 ]

2. Fix garden bed retaining wall in car park. redo pegs on the inside of the wall, reinforce with new pegs and back-fill garden bed with tan bark.

3. Obtain quotes for new automatic front gates.

4. Obtain quotes and organize solar battery

5. mow yard ( completed 24/03/2026 KARL Theunissin ]

6. Weed garden bed behind and around pizza oven

7. Finish brick path from outside Venturer room window up to the driveway.

8. Organize to purchase outdoor sink & bench and install / plumb onto outside wall. organize trades .

9. Restore the Blue wagon near the front door. Strip off old paint, repair woodwork and stain

10. Do GST claim back for past year. Go through our receipts and tabulate the GST value to claim back. (Jonathan L [treasurer]is doing this but may need assistance)

11. Solar battery for hall ( Denis C is working on this)

12. Install new mini flag pole in hall  ( Peter  B ) i have ordered the bracket
